MRL Roller Cleaner is a high viscosity paste designed for deep cleaning and ideally suited for colour change applications.

MRL Roller Cleaner paste is non-grit and effective at removing all the non-soluble roller deposits. This product also helps to prevent glazing and stripping with regular use.

Application:

• Apply paste evenly across ink roller train to give each roller a thorough coating. 

• Allow press to idle for 3 mins. 

• Apply a small quantity of water across the ink roller train and run for 1 min. 

• Apply Wash Up Blade and flush the system through with water. 

MRL Roller Cleaner, Can be used on most printing presses. For example; Heidelberg, KBA, Komori & others.
