Please note: MRL Midlands does not charge or collect any customs or import fees.

All international orders (including to the USA) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means the buyer’s own country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges once the parcel arrives.

These fees are set and collected by your local customs authority, not by MRL Midlands or our courier.

Even if you have paid for shipping at checkout, that covers only the delivery service — not your country’s import costs.

If a shipment is refused because of unpaid import charges, any return and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
