A: Due to strict international regulations governing the transport of hazardous goods, aerosol products cannot be shipped outside mainland UK by courier or postal services.

Q: How do I get my core charge refunded?

A: Return the used item within 30 days of receiving your new product. If it meets our return criteria, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Q: What are the return criteria for exchange items?

A: The returned item must:

  • Match the purchased item (same type and part number)

  • Be complete and in a repairable conditionIf the item is severely damaged or incomplete, a refund may not be possible.
