When ordering, please select one of the following options:
- Yes – Pay the core charge
We will dispatch the replacement roller first.
Your used roller must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Once received and approved, the core charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
- No – Do not pay the core charge
You must send your used roller to us first.
Your replacement roller will be dispatched only after your roller has been received and approved.

Return Conditions
Returned rollers must:
- Be the same type and part number as supplied
- Be complete and in a repairable condition
Rollers that are severely damaged, incomplete, or not suitable for reconditioning may result in the core charge not being refundable.
