Elkalub GLS 867 H1 Assembly Grease

ELKALUB GLS 867 is a sliding and assembly aid based on polyglycol. In contrast to mineral oil-based products, EPDM materials are not attacked by ELKALUB GLS 867.

Thanks to the H1 registration, ELKALUB GLS 867 can be used in the food, animal feed and pharmaceutical industries as well as in other hygiene-sensitive areas. In a typical application, ELKALUB GLS 867 improves the sliding properties of EPDM sealing rings when installing rotary distributors in the beverage industry. The product can be cleaned off residue-free with hot water or warm sodium hydroxide solution and is therefore suitable for CiP processes.

Examples of industrial applications for ELKALUB GLS 867 are assemblies in the automotive industry (brake, cooling water systems) or for glass components.
